At ZUMIZUMI, there are no giant corporate boards. We are a passionate, all-female team of three, doing absolutely everything ourselves.

For our products, we act as the designers, pattern-makers, and quality controllers. We personally source every fabric, select every trim, and spend hours with our factory partners debating the perfect stitch. Beyond the studio, you’ll find us managing our website, crafting social media layouts, replying to your emails, and hand-packing orders from our flat.

We work this hard because ZUMIZUMI is our way of sharing how we love and live with our own dogs. We are obsessed with creating pieces that dogs actually want to wear—putting safety and perfect fit first, without ever compromising on style.

Solving Real-Life Walkie Woes.

ZUMIZUMI was born on the bustling, often rainy streets of London, starting with real, everyday frustrations—collars that cause choking, raincoats that blow open in the wind, or sweaters that fit poorly like awkward crop tops.

We do things differently:

• No Factory Templates: Most manufacturers rely on generic, ready-made templates. We reject them. We develop every harness pattern ourselves, testing and refining them on a wide range of breeds because a perfect fit is a labor of love.
• Anatomy & Behavior First: We research canine skeletal and muscular systems deeply because body mechanics don't lie. We also work closely with professional dog trainers, integrating their hands-on feedback to ensure our gear is as behaviorally intuitive as it is anatomically safe.
• Uncompromising Safety: You’ll never find dangerous, loose rhinestones on our gear, and we never attach leash rings to apparel with weak, skimpy stitching. We know the absolute heartbreak of a dog slipping away, and we design specifically to prevent it.

Crafted from soft, lightweight, and premium human-grade fabrics, our gear is designed to make walks smoother, safer, and infinitely more enjoyable.

For us, sustainability isn’t a tagline—it’s our baseline. We rely on digital 3D prototyping to minimize fabric waste right from the drawing board, and we produce our collections in intentional, small batches to completely prevent overstock.

We carry this conscious mindset all the way to your doorstep. By managing inventory across two regional warehouses and shipping from the hub closest to your destination, we drastically shorten transit loops and reduce shipping-related carbon emissions.

We also believe the most sustainable product is the one that lasts. By investing in premium, resilient fabrics and timeless silhouettes, we design our pieces to withstand muddy park runs and endless play. Together with our biodegradable packaging, we choose a "buy better, keep longer" philosophy to keep the earth clean for our dogs to run in.
